Overview

At 3rDimension Prints, many of our products are made-to-order or custom 3D printed items. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We do accept returns or replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is faulty
• The item received is incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• A replacement will be issued or
• A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Orders

Custom designs, personalised items, or made-to-order products cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

12V Light Boxes (Electrical Products)

For 12V LED light boxes:

• These products are low-voltage only
• They must be used with a compatible 12V power supply
• Damage caused by incorrect power supply, modification, or misuse is not covered
• Installation is the responsibility of the buyer

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.
