1. About Us 3rdimension Prints (ABN: 84 213 767 458) is an Australian business specializing in the design and sale of custom and ready-made 3D printed products, including but not limited to 5V lightboxes, planters, pots, and other items primarily made from PLA filament or similar materials.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) for any reason, including errors in pricing, product descriptions, or stock issues.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • Products are handmade/custom 3D printed to order in many cases, so production and shipping times may vary.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Product Information and Limitations

  • Our products are 3D printed using PLA or similar materials. PLA is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions but is not food-safe unless specifically stated. Some items (e.g., planters) may not be suitable for direct food contact or extreme temperatures.
  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, finish, layer lines, or dimensions may occur between items or batches. These do not constitute defects.
  • We warrant that products will substantially match the description and images on the Website, within the limitations of current 3D printing technology.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Consumer Guarantees

  • Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the ACL that cannot be lawfully excluded.
  • For faulty products (breach of consumer guarantees), contact us to arrange repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion, subject to ACL). Proof of purchase is required.
  • We will not provide remedies for damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or modifications by you.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom/handmade nature of many products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has begun.
  • For faulty items under ACL, see section 6.

8. Intellectual Property and Custom Orders

  • For custom orders, you warrant that any designs/files you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks). You indemnify us against any claims arising from your designs.
  • We retain rights to any original designs we create unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (e.g., lost profits, data, or business interruption).
  • Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
